Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you're sure you want to delete your SwiftXend account, please read the following information carefully.

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:

  • Your profile, history, and active deliveries will be permanently removed.
  • Any remaining wallet balance or promotional credits will be forfeited.
  • You will no longer be able to access tracking information for past orders.

How to Delete Your Account

Via the SwiftXend App

  1. 1. Open the SwiftXend app on your mobile device.
  2. 2. Go to Settings or Profile.
  3. 3. Tap on Security or Account Settings.
  4. 4. Select Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Confirm Deletion

Input your email address below to initiate the account deletion process via our web platform.

Data Retention Policy

Please note that while most of your data is deleted immediately, we are legally required to retain certain transaction-related information for tax and regulatory purposes for up to 7 years, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
