1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Swiftxend platform — including our website, mobile applications, and related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Swiftxend provides a technology platform that connects customers who need items delivered with independent delivery riders. We are a facilitator and are not responsible for the actions of riders or the condition of items in transit beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Info@SwiftXendCourier.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payments & Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, item type, and demand at the time of booking. All fees are displayed before you confirm an order. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Refunds are subject to our refund policy detailed in the app.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to send prohibited items.
  • Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
  • Provide false information or impersonate another person.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm riders or other users of the platform.

6. Rider Obligations

Riders must maintain valid licensing and vehicle registration, comply with all applicable traffic laws, and treat customers and their items with care. Swiftxend reserves the right to suspend or terminate a rider's account for violations of these terms or for conduct unbecoming of our community standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swiftxend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific delivery giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of Swiftxend is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
